Demolished an existing older motel for construction of a State-of-the-Art Hyatt Hotel including 2 levels of underground parking. This challenging project involved excavation into San Carlos hills Franciscan rock with nail back shoring and drilled piers. Project began mid-May and took 4 months for completion for the next phase. Excited to continue business with this team.
